1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via phone, email, or text. 2. Delays: We aim to be punctual, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen events. 3. Waiting Charges: Waiting charges apply at £5 per 15 minutes, or calculated proportionally on a per-minute basis. 4. No-Contact & Driver Departure: If we are unable to contact the customer after the driver arrives and the driver leaves after a reasonable waiting time, the booking will be cancelled. A new booking will be required, subject to availability. Any pre-paid amount will be non-refundable. 5. Passenger Responsibility: Passengers must ensure all belongings are collected at the end of the journey. 6. Payments: Payment can be made by cash, card, or online at the time of booking or after the journey. 7. Behaviour : Abusive or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of the journey without a refund.
